Heritage Management Services, LLC (HMS) is a full service
property management company located in Somers, NY, managing prestigious community
associations throughout Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.
Heritage Management Services’ staff will work diligently
with your Board to develop solutions that help take the guesswork out of
community association governance and management. We will implement the directives of your Board and supply the necessary oversight of maintenance contracts and daily
operations, as well as help coordinate reserve studies and capital improvement
programs upon request. Our accounting and financial
management services are under the direction of HMS' Treasurer and Vice President
of Operations, Dory Burdick.
Heritage Management Services is available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. We can be reached during normal
business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at

emergency* outside regular business hours, you may call 914-276-2509, press
option #6, leave a message and our on-call personnel will return your
call. If it
